Dual Titration Station w/100ml & 50ml RotoFlo Glass Burette: Heavy Support Stand & Dual Buret Clamp

 

Offered for sale is a lab set-up with two new borosilicate (heat resistant) glass burettes - one 50ml and one 100ml - with a cast iron support stand and rubber tipped double buret clamp. The stand will accomodate two 100mL burets. These burets have a state of the art screw type PTFE stopcock. This stopcock ensures a leakproof seal, finer flow control, elimination of lubrication and absence of plug seizure. This "Rotoflow" style buret provides more control and the ability for easy one handed operation. Most often used for titration in labs to accurately dispense oils and liquids, they have found some new uses in other areas over the years as many engine builders use them to match cylinder heads for high performance engine building. These are Class B burets. The 50 mL is subdivided into .10mL increments and is accurate to + or - .05mL. The 100mL is subdivided into .20 increments and is accurate to + or - .20mL. The burettes have funnel-shaped openings for easy filling.

The stand is cast iron with a sturdy metal plated 24" rod and a 6" x 9" base. Also includes a double burette clamp. These burets have a "state of the art" screw type PTFE stopcock.
