Borosil Erlenmeyer Glass Flask:5000ml

 

This is a large 5000 mL Borosil Erlenmeyer Flask made of borosilicate (heat resistant) glass. It has a conical narrow mouth with an outer diameter of 57mm. The outer diameter of the bottom of the flask is 215.9mm, and it stands 15 inches high. When heating solutions, the Erlenmeyer style flasks are less likely to cause cavitation and are, therefore, more efficient than beakers. They are also produced with broad flat bottoms to increase stability and surface heating area. We use these exclusively in our own labs. Graduation Range 1500-5000ml, graduation divisions 500ml. A size 10 rubber stopper will fit this flask.
