This set-up is a great value to start distilling. This is a new distillation apparatus with 19/38 joints, perfect to use for batch production of high purity water, phenol etc by distillation. The stand and clamps are used for display in this listing and are sold in a different listing with the apparatus or by themselves. Apparatus includes a round bottom borosilicate (heat resistant) glass 500mL boiling flask with 19/38 interchangable joint, Graham type condenser with 200mm jacket and 19/38 joint at the top and an interchangeable stopper. Separately these items would be much more expensive. This set-up is perfect for concentrating liquids such as fragrances, herbal extracts, etc. All glassware is borosilicate (heat resistant). All the junctions are ground glass to ensure a tight seal. We are selling this same type set up with the clamps and stand and we are selling a distillation set-up with 24/40 joints, a 1500mL boiling flask and a 300mm graham condenser.
