Tryptic soy agar is always a bacteriological favorite. It is better than nutrient agar for selectivity and maintaining bacteria cultures. Contains Pancreatic digest of Casein, agar, pepsic digest of soybean meal, and glucose. This ready-to-pour solution is supplied in an easy to use, high density, polyethylene bottle. You will receive 350mL of the ready-to-pour agar. A bottle will ill about 15-20, 100x15mm petri dishes. It is safe for shipping and very popular with many of our customers. With proper storage, this product has a useful shelf life of 2 years.
